What we are looking for Team Leader Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational delivery is in line with operational and / or contractual obligations
  • Manage customer escalations and complaints
  • Seek to continually improve processes to enhance performance and utilization
  • Provide on-going support, development, empowerment and positive reinforcement to Team Leaders and Advisors.
  • Engage with team members & closely work on retention
  • Be a process champion & work closely with their span to improve & sustain performance
  • Measure and manage the team to meet performance targets
  • Communicate information in a timely, relevant and accurate manner to all team members
  • Ensure that all Human Resources policies and procedures are observed
  • Provide input and participate in calibration sessions
  • Develop performance goals for all Team Leaders and conduct midyear and annual reviews
  • Ensure follow-up action is taken when necessary and keep the customer informed.
  • Provide relevant internal and external reports as per the business unit requirements
  • Monitor absenteeism and adherence for the business area
  • Analyze operational data and take relevant action
  • Participate in weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provide updates
  • Ensure that all audit related issues are closed within TAT
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in the process
  • Coach & mentor Team lead enabling them to manage their teams
  • Ensure that all internal customer queries are followed up on a timely basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams, inter departments, cross functions across locations

Desired Skills:

  • Peoples champion - Ability to motivate people to achieve targets.
  • Identify Opportunity areas which would help in fixing the SLAs and move a step ahead to add value to Clients business
  • Have a collaborative approach & ability to identify and resolve issues for the team- members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Should be comfortable in working in a 24 X 7 shift environment.
  • Preferably a Graduate (Not mandatory )
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • TL with rich back office experience (6 months 2 years)
  • Should be comfortable in working in a 24 X 7 shift environment
