What we are looking for - Sr.Team Leader & Team Leader : Collections- Inbound / Outbound Sales Banking process

Required Experience :

  • Experience in hard core collections calling and managing collections portfolio for a Bank
  • Experience in managing large collections portfolios and managing all the buckets including closing of
  • settlements to avoid NPAs
  • Dailer churning strategies/ Dailer Management
  • Experience in managing inbound & outbound sales team would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed targets
  • Achieve all the important KPIs like SLs, CSAT, ESAT, Sales targets, Quality scores & lead by example
  • Active involvement in client calls & manage client needs
  • Work closely & coach the team timely to get the desired results as per the requirement
  • Work as a Single point of contact for all non-operations departments and identify, evaluate & coordinate
  • operational, Admin, IT and HR issues
  • Ensure all people metrics & relevant targets are achieved like attendance, shrinkage, and other hygiene
  • parameters should be minimal like late log ins, UPLs for the team
  • Good Communication skills
  • Manage customer escalations and complaints and take those escalations, end to end follow up and ownership
  • needs to be displayed
  • Provide relevant internal and external reports as per the business unit requirements
  • Analyze business data identifying and highlighting trends to the management team
  • Daily update on the VOC of customer & client needs to be provided
  • Daily feedback on the performance of the team and LOB needs to be provided to the management
  • Manage a team of 25 plus FTE's for collections and sales
  • Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance
  • monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
  • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
  • Identify performance related issues, develop anaction plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up toand including termination of employment.
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed
  • Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training.
  • Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team member.

Desired Skills:

  • Good Knowledge about computers & MS Office, knowledge of excel and good knowledge in presentation skills, should be good at PPTs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge on Banking products & processes
  • Languages English Mandatory
  • Open to work in Shifts 24/7 with 5 days working, majority of the shifts would be late evening or night shifts.
  • From a Banking collections background.

Candidate Profile :

  • Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable.
  • Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Desired Skills:

  • Graduate with the relevant experience
  • BFSI Experience is preferred
  • Good facilitation skills
  • Should be a Team player.
  • Languages English and Hindi (preferred).
  • Open to work in 24x7 environment with 6 days working and rotational offs.
  • Good with MS Office.
  • Experience in preparing TNI & TNA.
