Experience 4+ Years in HR in the ITES / BPO / Service industry

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for driving and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement
  2. , motivation , communication;
  3. . Grievance handling; counseling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.
  4. Facilitate the creating of a world-class working environment that will attract and retain the
  5. , highest caliber of people
  6. Drive and execute HR strategies to support and achieve employee relation activities
  7. Responsible for all employee communication & grievances management
  8. Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends
  9. Conduct Employee satisfactions surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels
  10. Facilitate the driving of organization Culture
  11. Facilitate (through multiple initiatives) and maintain high morale and teamwork resulting in high
  12. , employee satisfaction.
  13. Dealing with issues of employee (in) discipline and maintaining employee relations resulting in fun
  14. , filled work place amidst high performance orientation.
  15. Ensure regular communication happens from Top Management in the form of Town Halls and
  16. Meetings .
  17. Assist is driving Location level Employee Engagement Events
  18. Plan and Execute Employee Communication on the floor along with Ops
  19. Conduct Employee Skips and report out and drive actions to closure
  20. Assist in Employee related documentation and filing of disciplinary cases with central filing team
  21. Connect with New Hires and drive Retention in 90 days bracket
